They cut out Fairweather Friends, Sick Sick Sick, Vampyre of Time and Memory, I Appear Missing, and Song for the Dead.

Currently my favorite rock band, can be listened to over and over without being boring.

They are phenomenal live. I haven't seen them in years. But I never quit listening to them. That includes each new album they release. Gonna try and catch them next time they roll through the Pacific Northwest.

What a singer Josh is! A true rocker!

Josh voice is so magnificent and unique... Man, this whole show is simply amazing. They are all amazing. Would have loved to be there!

Mikey Shoes is such a monster!! His pocket is so locked in with Jon, who is of course amazing in his own right.

Josh Homme voice flawless; band tight and thunderous. Rock 'N Roll perfection.

Hands down, this is their best recorded live performance. I listen to this show far more than their albums. The WDR/Rockpalast producers did a little something extra special for today's live stream. Can't put my finger on it yet...the overall tone seems richer. Sounds like the bass, drums, and piano were pulled a bit closer to the front. Just amazing!

Yeah, it is a really good one for sure! The Tracklist is also quite unique and fits greats. Plus, Jon Theodore fucks up "I Appear Missing" and it's quite funny to see the Band interaction.

John Theodore. He was the original drummer for Mars Volta. You should also check out his other bands, "Golden" and "Him".

I really like this show. Its a new version of the band and it feels like they are getting to know each other... building trust... and they know it's working. They aren't just blasting it out. They are **playing** like a band.

This was 2013, they've really turned a different route with villans from their desert rock origins. Nothing beats the 2002 lineup or the album's around that time

I was there. The sound was amazing. Unforgettable performance of Make it Wit Chu. Seven years later, still my favorite concert! And the best thing: no masks, no social distancing, no other stupid bs. Thank you, QOTSA. Thank you, Rockpalast. Thank you, Philipshalle.

the rock in rio show? brings up painful memories. i made the trip from finland to lisboa for the show and the mixing was done just awful... such a shame, such an awesome lineup and setlist for the band

@@kualema No...the Rock in rio concert was in 2014... I saw them at Super bock super rock in 2013 at Praia do Meco. Gary Clark Jr. opened for them, his first time in Portugal.

This is fucking God Tier. Holy shit! They say there is nothing perfect in this world. I disagree with that statement. I always said music can be perfect. From the first tune, " You think I ain't worth a dollar, but I feel like a millionaire," all the way to song 11, "Kalopsia" is just perfect. My only dislike is Little Sister. @@gerardobaxana I Appear Missing and A Song for the Dead were also recorded, but i remembered in the original livestream from 2013, that I Appear Missing somehow went completetly wrong in the 2nd half of the song and was cut out afterwards.
