I might have commented this a long time ago but you are the reason I statyed playing bass guitar and I wanted to thank you for that. It's made such a huge impact on my life and I honestly don't know what I would do without it. It was almost 2 years ago I was watching your Metallica cover of Orion and I found it fascinating at what the hell your hands were doing. I thought, "well if there is this amazing source that is gonna give me a major head start on this and it seems fun I might as well do it". So I waited a month for my birthday and picked up an Ibanez GSR200 and Ampeg BA108 amp. They have been my best friends and I have you to thank for that. It was a spur on the moment decision and I stuck with it. I had no plans of getting a bass or any other instrument before that video. So thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@elle7629 No. I starts off challenging but it because easier. I'm playing stuff now that I I thought I would never be able to play. I can still improve a lot as you always can. If you want to get one get an ibanez gsr200. Thats mine. DO NOT get a cheaper one than 200 dollard. Its not worth it. Trust me. I highly recommend you buy one and play.

@@elle7629 2 years now. Almsot everytime I oick it up I figure out somethinf new that impr9ves upon my technique. You dont always have to learna a new riff or song. Just pcik it up and you become better

I learn by ear and usually start practice really slowly. But with this one you just cant help but go with the song's pace. Fred's energy is contagious!

Gotta say man, your videos have been an absolute godsend. I picked up the bass around a year ago now, and every one of your videos I have watched and played with have helped me tremendously. Thank you so much for doing what you do man, you truly inspire and help others improve themselves.

I'm currently learning this song for a band and I have to say: your work is impeccable. Very impressive how you succeed to make it groovy like the original. Big thanks for the transcription and thank you for this video ^^

As a bassist of 5 years, I feel like I can say that your covers are comparable to that of Rocksmith. Very convenient and are great for when I don't feel like plugging my bass in. Keep it up.

John Deacon was such an underrated bassist. It's a shame that Freddie's death hurt him so bad that he walked away from music. Would have really liked to see him keep going. Perhaps do some other projects.
