If I don’t put sugar, does it affect the queen cake on anything else other than in the sweet taste?

I got me a muffin pan, the queen cakes were so yummy and looked so nice, my kids really enjoyed them 👍🏽

Use 2 cups plain flour/ all purpose flour plus 2 tsps of baking powder

What amount of heat is required ma'am😊 wanna try it as soon as possible

Selfraising flour, have baking powder already

I tried this recipe but my dough was runny. Not sure if it's because i reduced the sugar to 1/4 a cup instead of 1 cup or the Low Fat Milk instead of Full cream Milk. The dough also kept being stuck on the scooping spoon🥺. Please advice what I can do to get that consistency Mama🤗❤️

I am using self rising flour/ self raising flour. You don't no need to add any leavening agent, its already added into the flour

Tried the recipe today but we couldn’t eat the queen cakes because it was tooooooooo sweeeet and inside it wasn’t really done isnt it we add baking powder or soda somewhere somehow? I had to throw them 😞😞

You can reduce the sugar myself I used half cup sugar and don't add baking powder as you're using self raising flour...
