I don't know why everyone is being so hateful to Adam Lambert. I mean he is obviously one of the best singers today and you have to know that singing Queen songs isn't easy. Can you imagine any other of nowadays "most famous singers" like Taylor, Katy, Britney, JB, etc. doing that? I don't think so! And I also like his attitude; he's paying a lot of respect to Freddie Mercury.

The situation is similar to Brian Johnsons (AC/DC). Also a very great singer but he will always be compared to Bon Scott. Its really no shame not to reach Bon Scott

Piano Man I completely understand what you're talking about. But it still makes me sad that some people are being so rude. Especially because they're both great singers and i think we don't have many of them nowadays. It's sad that today we divide singers on those who can sing and who can't sing. We should appreciate real talent more.

+Diana Jones i think most of them don`t understand that this is not a dishonor every singer got his own style to sing, but people sometimes just think to the "older" styles

That smile on Brian's face at the end when he was playing guitar and freddie was singing... The emotion you could read in his smile like words on a paper. It made me so sad and happy at the same time. Short words I cried.

I truly felt Sir Brian's Love for FREDDIE in this performance ! When Sir Brian May says " Please let's sing it all together for FREDDIE. OK ?" My heart broke and I sang and cried through the whole song and when FREDDIE comes on the screen to sing the last verse I truly broke down. When Bri looks back at FREDDIE and gives him a thumbs up it made me smile. :}} What a super emotional experience ! I'll NEVER forget you FREDDIE MERCURY !

It used to piss me off seeing Adam standing where Freddie stood, but seeing this now, its obvious Brian just wants to keep Freddie alive through the music. As Freddie said 'do what you want with me, just don't make me boring' for my generation who never got to see queen n will never see Freddie it would be incredible to see this, I know it's not the real thing, its about as close as we will get, so we should be grateful for getting the chance to still see some part of queen living on for Freddie. At the end of the day they need a singer to sing the songs, obviously it will always be Freddie but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be able to hear the songs live and appreciate them.

Looking back at his old friend, looking back to the crowd with a hurt, yet comforted smile and playing his beautiful solo while Freddie sang and then peering back towards Freddie and giving his thumbs up as if to say, "we still got it, old chap". That's what makes bands like Queen a once-in-a-lifetime band. That was beautiful, Brian. Freddie would be proud, but you already know that. :) RIP Freddie, see you some day.

Awww. This made me cry. Brian has a beautiful voice too...hearing him solo makes me realize that his vocals are a huge part of the Queen sound. I LOVE that Queen was the kind of band where each member was vital to the success of the band, and each one has strong vocals and instrumental ability. They are really one of a kind. LOOOOOOOVE!

I didn't know the guitarist of queen had such an amazing voice. Queen should have had him sing this song all along.

Notice: he is almost 70 years old. Imagine his voice, when he was younger! That's amazing.

I just absolutely adore Brian May. Such a beyond amazing musician. As well as Roger Taylor! I'm grateful they didn't let Adam Lambert fill in for Freddie here, that would destroy me. No one could ever come close to Freddie

I thought that I'd be fine but the tears started as soon as Brian said, "For Freddie." I never cry during sad movies or anything, but Queen will always make me emotional. They are so incredibly special to me; words can't express
