Is it fine to rinse mouth with lukewarm water instead of mouth wash?

Hey, lukewarm water is a great idea, but for those who have gum issues, diabetes, or are trying to fight bad breath, using a mouthwash is preferred. A typical mouthwash contains Anti-Microbial and Anti-plaque ingredients which help with treating the underlying disease. These effects can not be achieved with just lukewarm water.
