I don't know who come up with that but I have heard that all my life and I am 66 years old. I guess now it's changing to living the dream. Beautiful location, I can see why you like it so much. Oh man the things I could do with that place!!! The culvert could easily be dammed and pull some hydroelectric power. You have loads of hardwood as well. Beautiful property spot bud, I envy you lol. I look forward to seeing more

Having that stream there is awesome, there are all kinds of new small Hydro power units, you have more than enough water flow to generate electricity, if you can get a car alternator to turn you can almost run a House off of it but a tiny house cabin like that you could probably generate a pretty good bit of electricity just from that small drop off coming out of the tunnel. That’s awesome. You could probably even do a small ram pump enough to fill a cistern. It’s beautiful there.

Measure out from corner 3 ft one way 4 foot the other and when those two marks equal 5ft across the corner its square. You can use 6,8,10 as well

By way the crow flies about a quarter mile.
