Quantity worm production versus quality castings production
This is comparison of two ways to think about worm composting that are very different. There are many versions in between.

The color difference between your rows and that pile is amazing. Yours looks much richer.

hey couple of questions (1) how do your worms do in the winter...do they survive? (2) what is "worm juice?" I built a fancy elevated bin to capture "worm juice" but that's too expensive and not good for large scale production. the side by side method in long rows looks the easiest to deal with, only thing is, no worm "juice" unless all worm juice is, is simply water poured through castings? from what I'm seeing, the only infrastructure needed for this row method is a sprinkler system on top. that's economical for sure

I get up everyday and collect the produce from the stores that I have contracts with. I get done by noon, sometimes.
