    Thanks for the post master Jang I really can feel something unique is happening in my body. Some kinda of spiritual power I love doing yoga and meditation. I have seen some Chinese elderly people doing "Qi Qong" in the morning near by my place no wonder they're so healthy. Medical student Malaysia God bless🙏👍
