    right now we don't have that video exercise for that yet, but you can try the Qigong Massage face and head, I think it helps the brain and head to relax and good for healing.. thank you

    Mr. Thick Man Tue, I fell and have concussion and neck pain, tore my rotator cuff in both shoulders, and now have wrist stiffness. I was wondering what stretches I can do to help my body to heal. Debbie Jay
