This video was the reason I bought the Q-Redew. I got it in four days after ordering. I thought I was using it incorrectly, because it was not steaming properly. A couple weeks after purchasing this, I went to the World Natural Hair Show in Atlanta and I went to the Q-Redew booth. I told the rep that I purchased the item after watching this video and she said that she needs to get in contact with you because their sales went up tremendously after this video came out. I also told her the issue I was having with my item and she said I may need a new reservoir and she gave me a replacement right on the spot. That was the trick! It now works properly. She also recommend that I use distilled water only. Thanks, Mo. I hope they contact you soon!

Yor hair looks amazing! I have a weird Mediterranean hair texture. Recently discovered steam straightenrs, but when wearing wavy, i have to re wet it every morning or shower in morning to re set my thick waves. But this steam really could be a great alternative, so im gonna go buy this now.

This is a great idea my hair has curls and spirals and is thick I think this will be great for my hair and i want to use it as a steamer for my face.

I’ve been thinking about getting the qredew but I have a question can it be used on a perm rod set? I do perm rods but my hair gets really dry and frizzy by the 3rd or 4th day, can I use the qredew without disturbing my curls? Thanks to anyone that can answer this question.

No you can’t... it is a steamer.. it uses water... it will revert your hair.

Do you still use the Q-Redew Steamer today? I wanted to purchase one but I keep reading so many bad reviews with people claiming that it permanently stopped working after just a few uses, and that when it started malfunctioning, it was way past the warranty time frame.

No I haven’t had one in years... they sent me three and all three stopped working. Since that was when they were a new company I figured they’d worked through those manufacturing issues by now, but maybe not. I use a hooded steamer. See my shop at Amazon.com/shop/moknowshair. 💜

Samone Jones You'll get the best result if you steam your deep conditioner...but you'll need a full steamer (like Huetiful) to do that. This handheld one only lets you pre-treat and refresh.

I heard the q redew is great for restyling and stretching your hair. Adds a lot of moisture to your hair. Deep conditioning you can use hooded steamer or heat cap. Heat works best with low porosity hair.

How can I pu a qredew

I'm so disappointed that I bought this product after watching this review and it does not steam up properly. It can in the mail today and I excitedly got to using it right away but the steam would not come out. It did make the noises. I eventually turned in downwards and it steamed some. I'm just going to return it. I'm afraid that if I get a new one I'll have the same problem after some time. I so wanted this to work! :(((((

No, I've never had it, but I've heard lemon juice or ACV rinsing are good remedies.

I have seborrheic dermatitis which is like dandruff to the 10th power. ACV is very effective but you have to use consistently.
