I did a quick search, I have 4 different videos varying in length from 18 sec to 3 min. They are on the VivaSpice facebook page, the google drive links still work (not megaupload). They will show up if you search for: "Spice Girls - Interview [Spiceworld Press Day #2] - MTV" on that page

I think that was some MTV special in 1997 while promoting Spice world in Spain. Not sure though!

Probably because she left. I doubt Mel B would've actually chosen any of them over her, when at one point they were a thing. I think some of her answers were merely out of spite.
