Put everything on a baking sheet and you have an incredibly delicious dinner! Simple and very tasty

You can use beef, pork, or lamb ribs for this recipe. If you love cabbage and ribs, try this recipe. Ribs in a wonderful marinade, pickled onions and cabbage soaked in meat juices, such a dinner will impress all meat lovers. And crispy potatoes are a great complement to pork ribs with cabbage. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
1.5 kg pork ribs (you can also use beef or lamb ribs)
4 large onions
1 teaspoon peppercorn mixture
1 ½ teaspoons coriander (or use ground coriander)
2 teaspoons of salt
1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (balsamic vinegar can be substituted)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
Marinate for 2 hours (beef and lamb ribs 5-8 hours)

Peel the cabbage leaves
baking tray
olive oil
Lay out the cabbage leaves in two layers
A bit of salt
basil
Smoked paprika (or other spices of your choice)
Bake at 200 degrees for 60-80 minutes
Tip: If the ribs start to burn, cover with foil
5 potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon table soda
3 sprigs of rosemary
80 ml olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic
Bake at 200-220 degrees until a crust forms (10-20 minutes depending on temperature)
Finish baking the potatoes at 220 C until they form a crust (5 minutes)
Parsely

This looks amazing and I’m definitely going to make it. I usually put all the same ingredients in my crockpot and let it cook all day, but you can’t get the outside of the pork crunchy. The last time my daughter was home I asked her what favorite dish did she want me to make, and she said please mom make your pork, cabbage and potatoes. Спасибо за рецепт ,а я готовлю на капустных листьях куриную грудку ,сверху тоже прикрываю листьями капусты в несколько слоев ,если верхние немного подгорят ,то не жалко выбросить их ,а грудка получается сочная ,нежная ,листья тоже съедаются !

Наталия, попробуйте ещё на капусте так котлетки приготовить. Только капусту пореште ни мелко и не совсем крупно. Как ленивые голубцы получается.
