Это самый лучший рецепт запеченых рёбрышек в духовке! Пользуюсь только им. Спасибо за идею .Ребра можно заменить на грудинку. Получается нежное, ароматное,вкусное мясо.

Moin super lecker, hab ein wenig zu viel Salz genommen, das Fleisch 2 Std vorher mit den Gewürzen eingearbeitet, Perfekt !! Einfach vom Knochen zu ziehen, auch die Zeitangabe war sehr gut !! DANKE
