    Finally, after 98 attempts I was able to complete it. Started with this. Day 1: 10 push-ups Day 2: 12 push-ups Day 3: 13 push-ups Day 4: 13 push-ups Day 5: 13 push-ups 😔 Day 6: 13 push-ups 😐 Day 7: 13 push-ups. So far no improvement 🙄 Day 8: 13 push-ups Day 9: 13 push-ups (a bit longer hold today 😀, a finally see a hope of going beyond 13 😅) Day 10: 13 push-ups Day 11: 13 push-ups again 😔 Day 12: 13 push-ups (was very close to 14th) Day 13: 13 push-ups 😡 Day 14: 13 push-ups Day 15: 13 push-ups 🥺 Day 16: 13 push-ups again 😭 Day 17: 13 push-ups.     @@darthrevan454 I know I can, it's just going to take a while. To start I have decided to do 100 push ups a day minimum, my doctor says I have high cholestrol due to not enough exercise so I have no choice really , it's either that or snuff it.

    @@mteokay1246 As efficient as it is for my age, doing it day after day messed up my performance in the long-run. After switching to an "every Monday, Wednesday, Friday" routine, my performance benefitted, and it was a big difference. I have been doing this challenge since two years ago, and I'm on day 64 working hard. Their isn't much statistics here on @southamvids to go off of though.

    ​@skillz78 yea i agree, doing it everyday helps because you dont have to remember which day youre taking off and which day will suck. All of them suck lol. But only do 1 or 2 sets instead of 3-5. That way you get to 7-14 sets by the end of one week.

    The "half rep - hold - finish rep" variations are really hard and make you push your limits, so at this point he isn't really pretending anything Crazy pump!

    I’ve done this challenge every night for 6 months and tonight was the first time I completed it fully without a break or bending my back at the top. I’ve lost 40lbs and look/feel so much better. Stay with it, and don’t give up! Respect yourself and your body! Thanks for such a great video!

    Good job on your progress! I would just like to point out that you actually don't need to do push-ups more than twice a week. Better use the time to hit other muscle groups, mainly your back which will counter the chest strength and improve your posture. Don’t forget muscles need rest otherwise you will be overtraining them thus diminishing your gains. Keep it up!

    @@agentfifteen I do plenty of other exercises including swimming, running, bike and elliptical with weights. You’re right, but this workout does so much for many muscle groups.

    Been determined to do this challenge for years and now im gonna complete it Day 1: 19. My back wasn't straight during my last rep so could be 18. Day 2: 25 so close, but I just couldn't do it any longer I think I was on some mad juice idk if I'll be able to keep doing 25+ but I'm happy to shatter my previous limit of 20 from some time back Day 3; 18 yesterday may have been a fluke for the moment but gonna keep pushing. Day 4 :19 went up on the 3rd hold by mistake then lost my focus. May have survived a lil longer. Day 5: 23 the fatigue I feel between stopping at 18 and 23 5 reps insane Day 6: 18, went down again :( Day 7 : 22 mental fortitude needs some work Day 8: 26 Into the red numbers. 23/09/2023 Day 9: 30 completed. It feels surreal the mixture of pain and happiness couldnt help but laugh in pain on the ground once i finished. After so long I completed it. Ty to anyone who reads this. But this is not the end... Couple of days rest and now its time to push past my limits Day 1 with 5kg+ : 17 lower than i was hoping but its a start

    Form was perfect, bravo. Training for this and the mental battle is as hard as the physical. Keep getting to around 3 mins and the barrier for the last few is like hitting a brick wall! Will keep going though until complete.

    Exercise is nothing without good nutrition. Problem is I have no idea about calories, macros and nutrients. I tried Next Level Diet and currently it's working perfectly for me. 100% recommend

    I'm 61 years old and I've been training since the late 1980s. I've done free weights, machines, kettlebells, isometrics... Westside, Weider, Pavel, HIT...you name it and I've probably tried it. None of them have given me the success that I've found with your program Igor. It's fantastic.     I am 66 years old (67 in January) and decided to take on the challenge. I have always been quite strong doing straight out push-ups but this was different and I only managed 13 on day 1. I failed to get to 30 on day 30 but managed to complete the challenge 3 days later on day 33. I was very pleased with myself! Here's my progress: Day 1 - 13 Day 4 - 16 Day 8 - 16 (maybe could have got one more but gave up) Day 11 - 18 Day 14 - 20 Day 18 - 22 Day 21 - 24 Day 24 - 26 Day 27 - 24 (went backwards - not strong enough mentally) Day 30 - 25 Day 33 - 30 - mission accomplished! I discovered that half the challenge is the physical ability but the other half is mental strength to push yourself.

    Thank you for this challenge. I am 51 The first several times i stucked in 12, now i always finished the whole 30 every time (i do this exercise 5 times a day) There is a secret friends, remember the magic numbers 8, 13, 18 and 30 (those are the long pause) If you can reach 10 means the muscles are already there and ready, it's mostly only about your mental now. We fail mostly because mentally not ready when the pause suddenly getting longer than we expected. By remembering magic numbers 8, 13, 18 & 30 we can get our mental ready when it's time After using this strategy i always pass the whole 30 every time Remember friends, it's only about mental preparation and magic numbers Good luck, see you all at the 30 club

    @@johng6637 Hi John, i am sure you can do the same like me. Just remember ... if cou can reach 10, you actually can reach 30. Igor has been to kind to us as beginners. Do you think only doing that challenge once every 4 days (a month 31 : 4 = not even 8 set) can make us change from Igor picture 1 to Igor picture 2? Oh come on.... I am sure Igor himself does this challenge even more that 6x per day. It's good he said just need to do that once every 4 days. If he said i had to do it several times a day in the video i think i wouldn't even want to try this challenge. So thank you so much Igor .... this is my main daily work out now. And you know what is even more fun? Once you are used to always finish 30 each time, you can start challenging your friends the way i do ...." if you could do just 20, i'll give you $100". I always get my money back. If they are not prepared for this specific challenge it will be too hard for them just like us in the beginning. Once they all failed, i did 30 straight. It'll make them respect me most. Hahahahaha

    @@medikibambe6469 Great Medi, it's already so close, i guarantee you can be in my club 30 soon. The long pause 18 already passed, the next (the last) pause is only at the finish line number 30. So after secret number 18 just close your eyes, don't think just keep doing it (no more long pauses in between 18 and 30) only open your eyes when you reach over 26 (red numbers) to get yourself prepared for the last pause (finish line 30) .... before 26 just quick peep to make sure you have reach the red coloured numbers, only then you may open your eyes .... only one long pause left (count 30) and you'll be so proud of yourself

    56 yr lady Day 1: I can’t even do 1 correctly! I had to go on my knees and then I did 6.This is going to be a miracle when I get to 30! Day2: still can’t do 1 full, 8 on knees Day 6: my first full push-up!! I could do 2 + 7 on knees Day 10: 3 full, 6 knees Day 11: 4 full, 7 knees my push ups don’t exactly look like our push-up Guru’s 😉 Day 12: 3 full, 5 knees- don’t know what happened! Day 13: 6 full! 4 knee (without full hold on 8!) Day 14 (after Easter break): 8 full, 5 knee April 26: I am getting stuck on no. 8! this time I kept going until 30, doing a few on my knees here and there April 27: I did 8 (with my son)! June 7: After a long break I am back. I don't think I can get past 8!!😖 But that is certainly a mental block! I want to show myself I can do it!💪 Feb 14: Happy Valentine's!     Completed this now a few times. Few months ago I was only able to complete around 20. Left if for a few months and worked on my mental health. Done this the first time the 15th of March and were able to conplete it the first time. Now I constantly complete it every second day. So proud of myself. Anybody can do anything. Just get your mind aligned with your goal.🙌🏼🙌🏼

    This is AWESOME!! I've been doing variations of Sally workouts for years, but never done pushups to sally (WHOA). i do however do a lot of pushups, but have slacked off for the last couple months. DAY 1 - I was able to do 1-18 legit. the last 12 i skipped about every other one, resting in the up position for the ones i skipped, but total of 24. last down hold position felt like an eternity. This was INTENSE!!! i will be back for this one tomorrow. thanks for the challenge - just what i needed to get back into it

    A very good challenge - took three weeks doing the challenge every other day to finally begin consistly completing the entire challenge. I do the challenge after doing a half hour of cardo. Following the challenge, I will do my weight lifting routine, beginning with bench press. Thanks again for this video and motivation to complete the challenge.

    Well done. You stayed in form. Most guys start to pike the position to get some rest. This is a really tough challenge because it's a strict 3 & 1/2 minute PLANK while doing 30 military style push-ups.

    I started on day 1 with 17 pushups. After about 2 weeks I was consistently get 23-25. I finally got to the full 30 after about 6 weeks. I only did it once and that was this past week but I typically get to 26-27 and always finish the rest from my knees which is still a challenge. I am 53 and really enjoy this as it is quick to do but really pushes you! Thanks Igor!!!

    Did this challenge a year ago. My record was 27 (started at 15) after a month. But had an accident and lost all gains. One year later, back at training and finally made it to the end (30). But I'm not finished, as the last push-ups lack form and I'll be working on that. I'm very happy. Thank you Igor.

    I'm 49 years olds and started with 9 push ups. After 7 months I finally managed to finish the challenge constantly. I practiced only 3 times a week in the gym. I started with a little warm up and followed with the challenge. After that i continued with shoulder exercises and different push ups. Small and wide. Slow and fast. Nice to know that practice pays off. 💪🏻💪🏻

    In 🕐 one hour I do 400 pushups, correctly but not like this guy's so slowly! Only 30 second's between rep's untill 50. 2 minutes and another 50 an so I go until 350-400 less than one hour! All this is after a work day! What about this program?

    After trying for over a month, I finally did it. I’ve been doing this, some of your sit up vids, and a few other strength training exercises for only about 10-20 minutes a day; and at 37 years old I have never been this jacked in my life. Thank you.

    Thanks. Exceeded my goal today and finished the entire set right after a spin class with the entire group cheering. It was amazing. After 24 (the long down part) the rest is not too difficult. Good luck everyone. The challenge is both physical and mental; similar to the last miles of a marathon.

    Day 1: 10 Day 2: 19 Day 3: 15 Day 4: 16 Day 5: 24 (i love having Friday off from school) Day 6: 18 Day 7: 15 with 20 lbs of weight on my back / 19 normally bc I redid it Day 8: 13 (still tired from yesterday!     A little overweight, but I'll be honest and try my best. Day 1: 8 reps (10:34pm) Day 2: 8 reps (11:44am) Day 3: 9 reps (12:47pm) Day 4: 9 reps (11:37am) Day 5: 9 reps (3:10pm) Day 6: 8 reps (5:25pm) Day 7: 10 reps (9:47am)

    I am doing this challenge for 2 years already, i can complete it with one rest at 18. I don't think i will be able to complete it without rest because i am already 42 years old and my prime is gone, but in this 2 years i got HUGE chest and arms, now my work uniform is so tight in the chest, some of my coworkers have compliment me and one of them (a coworker from the same company but different work place which i didn't meet in 3 years) even touch my chest and told me: "Is this real?! How did you get this much muscle?!" So i am so happy i found this video.

    I'm 53 & love this challenge. I've set a goal of 30 days streight. So far first 2 days =18. Next 10 days all 30. Day 13= 29. Next 9 days =30. 8 days left. Never give up 👍

    I'm doing it twice a day, here's the best results for each day: Day 1 -8 reps Day 2 -13 reps Day 3 -15 reps Day 4 -13 reps Day 5- 18 reps Day 6- 21 reps Day 7- rest Day 8- 27 reps Day 9- rest Day 10- 30 reps(finally) Days 11,12 and 13- I took a long rest because I felt a little bit of pain in my elbow, nothing serious but I didn't want to risk an injury Day 14- 25 reps Day 15- 28 reps Day 16- rest Day 17- 26 reps Day 18- 24 reps Day 19- rest Day 20- 27 reps Day 21- 30 reps but couldn't get up during the last Day 22- rest Day 23- 28 reps Day 24-30 reps Day 25- rest Day 26-30 reps Day 27-30 reps Day 28-rest Day 29- 30 reps Day 30- 30 reps Finished Updating it. I'm not doing the challenge again because I prefer the USP program as it gives me more results.
