Push Up Board with Handle Bars - Best Home Gym Equipment for Workout Exercises

Ғылым және технология

This 9 in 1 push up board is a great exercise equipment for your home gym. The push up rack is designed to train the whole upper body, this is why you can use it to do your chest, back, shoulder and triceps workout at home.
Push ups, also known as press ups, are one of the best ways to train your upper body, mainly chest and triceps, especially if you are stuck at home due to the recent events. Using your own body weight during workout can bring fantastic results, as long as you are doing the exercises properly.
The push-up board comes with two handles, also called push up bars, and 10 different color-coded positions for the handles. Blue trains chest, green trains triceps, red trains shoulders, and yellow trains back.
There are three major benefits of using this kind of home gym equipment. The first benefit is that using bars prevents you from experiencing wrist pain and discomfort, because the grip is more natural. The second benefit is that it provides longer range of movement, which increases the stress on the muscles. And third, the predetermined positions make sure you hit each muscle group in the best possible way.

    I bought this the other day, and have been using it for a week now. Really good piece of equipment! Helps structure your push-ups a lot, plus makes it easier to keep the right form for targeting certain muscles. You really feel the burn the next day as well. Definitely would recommend!

    Had one of these for Christmas and it’s great. My exercise layout is slightly different on the actual board but it’s roughly doing the same thing. I’m just smashing the tricep workouts only and doing chest with dumbbells and I think my gains are going to go through the roof.

    I love this thing. You can set it up for inclines and declines too. You can sit on your butt and do dips. i do one max set on each setting and rotate through them all every 20 days. I get a great pump and it has helped me max out my regular pushups. These along with pull ups, air squats, calf raises, crunches, helps with a base level of strength and keeps my physique tight. 20 pull ups, 50 pushups, 100 air squats, 100 calf raises and 100 crunches every morning before I hit the shower. Takes about 15 minutes. Skip breakfast and eat my meals between 12 noon and 8 pm. Stay off the blow and hookers and I'm good to go.

    @@evilchaperone I've basically just stopped eating any carbs! On Aug 21st I was 100kgs (I'm 186cm tall,) i wasn't watching what i ate at all, I've since dropped 15kgs, i sleep so much better, have way more energy, don't get cravings etc. Try to eat primarily for health reasons. Initially it was to drop weight but now it's lifestyle for sure. I couldn't do 10 push ups when i started, now i can crash 50! How do you measure your BF?

    I do recommend it. Even if you go to the gym it's a good way to end the chest training with push ups. My pecs are my strong muscle group, along with the triceps, and I rarely have soreness after training them. However, the first time I tried this push up board I did get muscle soreness the next day, which surprised me. So now I use it every workout. The good thing about the push up board is that it has predetermined positions for the hands, so you don't wonder how to do the exercise properly. And I must say, these positions are pretty accurate and they do hit the muscles the way they are intended to hit them. The reverse grip for the chest is very hard, even for me, who have been going to the gym for more than 15 years, I barely make 10 reps, and my pecs are swollen afterwards.

  • @reviewthecheapest

    @reviewthecheapest

    3 жыл бұрын

    You can do all muscle groups every training, like I did in the video, doing 3 sets for each push up type. Or you can separate them. For example, 1 day you train chest and triceps, doing 4 sets for each push up type for chest (3 push up types x 4 sets = 12 sets total for chest) and 3 sets for each push up type for triceps (3 push up types x 3 sets = 9 sets total for triceps). The next day you train back and shoulder, doing 8 sets for each push up type for back, and 3 sets for each push up type for shoulder.
