This video will tell you how to make Pulled Pork from Country Style Ribs so they will be done in 3 hours. Fast and easy and so delicious.
You'll love this recipe.
HOME STYLE PULLED PORK
INGREDIENTS
6 pounds country style ribs
Mustard
All Around Rub by Stockyard Landing
Grand Champ Rub by Stockyard Landing
1 Tsp. Hickory Liquid Smoke
1 Large onion cut into rings
12 ounces regular coke
½ Pan Aluminum throw away pan
1 sheet of aluminum foil to cover pan.
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F
Cut the onion into rings and place the rings in the bottom of the pan.
Add the coke.
Season the ribs both sides with the All Around rub. Then rub mustard on the ribs and season again with Grand Champ Rub.
Place the ribs in the pan and cover with foil.
Bake for 3 hours.
Remove the pan and cover. Separate the bones and fat from the meat.
Shred the meat as much as you like.
Squeeze on some BBQ sauce and mix.
Finally, sprinkle on the Grand Champ before serving.
Chef's Note: If you are making a double batch:
A. Use 2 onions
B. Use the entire 16 ounce coke
C. increase cooking time by 1 hour

    Wear whatever you want. I cook mine almost the same way. I don't add coke. I find that the onions and fat drippings make enough juice. I also cook mine outside on my pellet smoker. Keep the heat out of the house. Especially in the summer time. Good to see you back.

    Thank you John. We are still doing school photography. That takes up pretty much all my time near the end of school. So much to do. We are finished up now so I’m back in the kitchen. Sounds like we both have great recipes. I actually prefer using the smoked to start the process but it’s good without the smoker too. Just different.
