    Good to see a trainer who is interested in helping the silent majority who are starting from a low level. Responsible, detailed and complete. A refreshing antidote to all the macho posing we get on KZread.

    +Tullochgorum Absolutely. Some may only ever be able to perform beginner and intermediate exercises, but they shouldn't be discouraged. Great to have goals as well, but having an active lifestyle is equally important. Good luck to everyone in their endeavours - regardless of their level of fitness or capabilities; just keep doing it! Thanks to C&WT, too. I've found a whole bunch of new exercises from this channel. Subscriber +1

    the best pull up progression tutorial on KZread. Im a calisthenics fan from years and i say 100% these exercises are the best for ppl who start their journey now. the grip is important the negatives too the tutorial is very well presented. and one word from me DON'T get nervous (or quit early) if its not happening fast enough. Everything comes with patience and afcourse hard work. if you wake up in the morning see the clock and yawn "nah im not gonna do it today" . No you're gonna do it today!!!(not tomorrow not the day after) because of you Do this for you for your good mood for your self esteem and for good health. You wonder how he has good and harmonic body and muscles....he doesn't giveup! thats all🤗😊💪💪💪👌

    Calisthenics & Weight Training Awesome awesome channel and invaluable knowledge, just one question - If someone were to do all your workouts for specific muscle groups twice a week or every third day, how should you match them, i mean back/biceps, chest/triceps etc, i have no clue. Thanks for the great great content, wish i found this sooner so i wouldn't bother with all the junk :D

  • @CalisthenicsWeightTraining

    @CalisthenicsWeightTraining

    innosiannos Thanks! I'm listening to the body so I try not to follow an exact split constantly. I combine and mix however I feel works great, 1 more tough/challenging workout, then another workout of variation (2-3 days later). Due to the compound movements back/bic, chest/tric will normally get combined and worked together, although there are isolations and variations targeting biceps/triceps more and so on. For example one more heavy workout, more resistance, lower reps vs another with variations, isolations, isometrics, plyometrics etc. Also depending one the individual goals, for example someone wanna work harder on biceps/triceps would still do great with push/pull compounds, but could try additional resistance and/or variation exercises and isolations in addition to that. Find your way and balance. Perform, recover and enjoy :) I Hope the answer helped.
