Sugar 40g｜5Tbsp+1tsp
Fresh milk 210ml+-
Whole egg 1｜55g+-
Instant yeast 5g | 1/2Tbsp
Salt 5g | 1tsp
Unsalted butter 60g｜1/4cup
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 15-17 minutes
