Puff Pastry
Ingredients
Flour 500 gm
Water 225 ml
Oil 25 gm
Sugar 15 gm
Salt 7 gm
Unipuff 350 gm
Method
In a bowl add water, oil, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Now add this mixture into the flour and knead it properly. Cover and leave it for about 10 minutes. Lastly add unipuff and fold it evenly.

No .. butter me 100% fat nehi rahta ... isliye puff margarine hot humid room temp me bhi melt nehi hota haay ..
