Woooooooooow, AP ka jawaab nai , ever so lovely mashaaAllah.

I have followed all the steps and my Dough was a lil bit more smooth. I Baked few of them in the Oven for 10 mts as a trial and they came out As hard as a stone. Please Suggest me how shall i make them perfect? The rest ones only needs to get bake. Another question: I greased them with Egg white too. Is it because of that? And please tell me for how long do i have to bake in the Oven?

Dear if the ingredients has not changed, added or replaced then the result should be same as mine😃👍 check the recipe again what you have missed, Just follow my recipe step by step it is full of tips, you should not have any problems.❤ and during the process you have to keep in the fridge again and again if weather is hot👍 My all 500+ recipes = www.rubykakitchen.com/

I generally like your recipes, however I noticed your layers haven't puffed up much. This is due to not putting butter/ pastry margarine in between the layers while folding
