@@asmarizwan758 I think makhan soft hota hai shayad side say melt ho kar nikkal jaay ga , is puff pastry recipe Mai bar bar fridge mai nahi rakha, sirf 2 time he roll out kiya aur fold kiya aur tayar , ghee like unipuff is harder than butter.
