You can audio record it first. Then listen to it from that you can understand the changes to be done. After couple of recordings start doing it and capture a video recording. Then keep improving it. Exceptional speakers practice a speech for a minimum of 50 times. Given the busy schedules at least 10 times is a must. Before all the best is to go infront of the mirror and do it. Then go through the process as above

I have a long story, expanding into a few areas, I want to make it into 15 to 20 minutes speech. But when I tried that it is very difficult it will go more than 45 to an hour time. As you suggested in your video nobody likes to listen that long. Would you please help me to concise it into a short story. Thank you
