I had a similar experience. Within days I felt better. I was on 800mg but this was too powerful - I was constantly sedated and unable to function. They checked this wasnt just Negative Symptoms, but it appeared that I had the motivation, just lacking the energy. Ive been on 400mg since and I feel a world better now!

i also take amisulpride 350 mg and it helps me. I drink some black tea in the mornings, when i feel tired and sleepy. Coffe also helps, but for me it lowered the efect a little bit. I am very sensitive to coffee. If i drink coffee after a long period i have to take more of the medicine.

I felt great after a week on amisulpiride....but as the week finished I was feeling stiff and paranoid......I think it was serotonin syndrome....cos I was overly happy the previous few days.....now I take quetiapine, aripiprazole, diazepam , gabapentin, nitrazepam , mirtazipine and metformin....if you don't like sleepiness avoid all of the above and try an older med called depixol or the tablet form is better.

I've been taking amisulpride for a few years now, it has really helped with my schizophrenia. do you find the medication numbing your feelings? because I find it has really numbed me.

i find most anti-psychotics numbing when it gets to certain high dose. It's like i don't feel and don't think. I don't like it. I am not on it now. but my dr was thinking of using it again

Yeah, I don't like feeling numb either. I've been on amisulpride for almost 7 years now, I used to take 400mg four times a day, but now I take 200mg in the morning and 300mg at night. I' m hoping to change my medication to Abilify/aripiprazole and see if it takes away the numbness.

I dont know efect amisulpride when i eat this tablet amisulpride.

How are you now?

+Esther Tickettyboo She doesn't know it yet. but it's a med that she allows me to stop if there are worsening side effect i can't tolerate. But my psychosis and paranoia is back. I am seeing her tmr and hope to get something fixed about it

Is talking to doctor by online safe? And if yes which one is reliable site?Please reply...

NAVYA JOY i think you should probably find a doctor u can talk to face to face. I don’t think an online one is reliable. There may be charges to such service and it’s not easy to track this person afterwards if there’s more issues u want to discuss. At least if the doctor has a clinic, u can make appointment any time u want.

Hi! I hope you are okay now.I use amisulpride (solian) since 2006 recently because of the cost of the medicine I decided to change it with isofredil which is exactly the same medicine with solian but it's generic.The result was to come my psychosis back again.The doctor said is not happened that because you change your medicine.Anyway he gave me 10 mg diazepam (stedon) per Day for almost 2 months and I am ok now.What is your opinion about generic drugs? As for amisulpride i use so long time I do not know what to do.....maybe i need to change medicine...it makes me to be bored all time.

Which is the best medicine with least side effects for schizophernia?My mom is having this and she is taking1/2 of sulphitac(100 mg),1/2 Risperidone (Resnia +).But she is reluctant to take medicine.Her moods changes frequently.What to do?

Have you or your mom talked to her doctor about her reluctance to take the med? It could be the unpleasant side effects she gets from taking the currently ones. Different anti-psychotics have varying degree of different types of side effects. For example, Med A may work better for mood but it may cause more weight gain compared to Med B which may not work as well for mood but less weight gain. For my case, I have tried many medicines before finding one that can strike a balance. I used to be on Quetiapine, it's an anti-psychotic and mood stabiliser. It helps me mood wise but high doses makes me really tired and sleepy the whole day, I'd recommend you to first discuss with ur mom's doctor to explore what other medicine is available and suitable for your mom's situation. Olanzapine is very effective for psychotic-related symptoms, but most people gain weight easily on it. Some don't. So it really depends on your mom's bodily reaction to the medicine. It's like trial and error.

Are these medicines really harmful?she always complains of having stomach pain after eating these medicines.Is these just her thought or really is it painful.I dont know what to do.I cant understand her.How can i convince her?

NAVYA JOY I don’t know if her stomachache is real or some sort of psychotic experience. It can only be dealt with through a real psychiatrist or doctor. She needs to see one to prevent relapses. Without med, it’s very risky and she can easily slip back to her szchophrenic behaviour. And then it’ll be even more difficult to communicate with her and convince her to take medicine. The priority is to see a doctor.

Amisulpride makes me gain weight

Choose vegan fed pets

i love it amisulpride, 😘😘 good as Gabapentin & Clonazepam. Valproate is depressing 🤯
