If any of you guys have a problem where it says error when trying to sign in PS network and doesn't say code, I might know why. As weird as this may seem, I was able to fix it by changing my password. When I did the 7.00 update this happened. Please like to share this to others. EDIT: You have to change your password on the playstation website (using a phone or computer)

for the 7.00 update: 1. go to playstation.com 2. sign in 3. change your password 4. sign in again with new password 5. sign in on ps4 with new password it should work, it worked for me lol

To fix this turn of ur PS4 then hold down the on button till u hear the second beep . It’s in safe mode from then you have to do the 7.02 update give it an hour or so to install then you will be back online

I had made an account on my ex’s ps4 console and, now I am trying to sign into a diff console. I have reset my password, and even changed my user ID. Yet, I am still unable to sign in on ps4. It keeps saying I have “invalid email?” Which the email is NOT invalid. If it was “invalid” I wouldn’t of been able to reset the password! I have tried shutting the system off. Not sure if this will work for everyone but I turned off my PS4, turned off and unplugged my router for a few minutes. I plugged the router back in and pressed restart then turned on my ps4 and restarted it. When I tried to login into the PSN it will ask for your login information. If you have already updated your password I would update online or mobile then sign in to the PSN on your console

I need help it jus signed me out and says weir when I try sign in plz help!!!

I tried almost all the recommended hackers on here but only *psn_hacking* on Instagram could get my hacked account recovered 🤪, go message him for help, I bet he's gonna get yours recovered too.

İ think its not hacked because i go go to the my friends i get my ps and connect they wifi its psn worked
