This will mainly happen if your wifi has blocked websites. Your parents may have set up protection so you cannot access certain websites like movie ones. The same with PlayStation. Try connect to your personal hotspot and if it works that is your issue. Ask your parents to unblock the wifi. Hope this helped!

GUYS GUYS I FINALLY FOUND A WORKAROUND. Completely turn off your PS4 and hold the button to turn it back on and as you hear the first beep to turn on the PS4, hold the power button until you hear a second beep. Your PS4 will be in safe mode and press “Install system software”It should say that you need to update your PS4 software to 7.02. Let your system reboot and you should be back online.
