Thanks dude, my issue was that the PSN sign in screen wouldn't even load but changing the Wifi frequency bands from automatic to 5GHz worked for some reason. I was able to download to new update and sign back in with my account. Thanks

Literally just changed the DNS settings and thats it. And it immediately signed in. My issue was the psn sign in on “test connection” kept loading. This fixed it. Good luck everyone.

If you don’t want to delete your account, and changing your DNS servers don’t work. Try turning your PS5 completely off and turning it back on. It fixed it for me.

DNS part solved my Sign In problem but reduce my Internet Speed Edit: Solved it guys Just like this video Change your DNS as guided by this video then try to Sign In After Signed In you can change your DNS back to Automatic again
