I felt so depressed because I was having this same problem and nothing here was working. It seems the best solution is to change everything you can possibly change on your account via. the website or app, delete your user, and then remake it. The cause of the problem seems to be varying but if anything on your account was done with some sort of glitch (such as only having a middle name, 3 of the same language, etc.) it will not allow you to log in and may even cause an error when trying to load your own profile.

There is an PSN schedule maintenance for 7/29/2018 12am-12pm and 08/01/2018. They may have shut the network down for some if not all accounts until they finished. I guess we have to return to the world for a few days.

Same thing just happened to me... apparently it is an issue from the network router(internet) . So what i did was I switched off my wifi( internet) and then i used my mobile data and logged into sony and changed my password... then i put in the new password and boom it worked....

Toxicgorilla 9, turn off your ps4, go on to the Playstation site, then go on to your profile and then settings, privacy settings, and pretty much disable everything. Then log back in.

Make a new account make it your main account then use ur old main account boom I had same problem

Hey I found the solution 1. On your PS4 system, go to [Notifications] and delete any update notifications. 2. Turn off your PS4 system. 3. Hold the power button until you hear 2 beeps; one immediately and one 7 seconds later. Your PS4 will now boot in Safe Mode. 4. Connect your DS4 controller with a USB cable and press the PS button. 5. You have to call to your internet provider and open some ports of the red, look the ports on the support page of PlayStation, select the page that says troubleshooting network, select ports for ps4 and you have to open the UDP and the other one as well, just call and it works!

I’m locked out of my account they say my birthday date is wrong all information I have given is not correct they have cut me off I’m at a loss what to do

Denise Higson same problem here! Been trying to login after I deleted my user, I couldn’t change my password due to not remembering my “Date of birth” I guess it’s a goner.

March 3 - 2021 I can't access to my account on any platform (PS4, Phone, PC) I can access only if I use mobile data on my cellphone. Can't do shit Error WS-37400-4 keep appearing whenever I try to log in from my PS4. No matter if I use the correct password or not, it's the same error, it's like it's not even trying to connect.

This happened to me. I got logged out of my Playstation account and when I try to login with my password it says error. Is this a PlayStation glitch or something?

2k really did this to me feels bad

Today june 21 it wont let me sign in, it’s an error, and when I went on the app it let me but it got wiped.?

June 13th 2019 I was tryna play 2k man

Well first off... Why do we need to sign into psn and also who feels like your ps4 is useless in this case

Yup it’s a stupid system .... PS4 will connect to the internet but unless you’re signed in you cannot play games you e already paid for

They really tryna see how much people love the PlayStation still

Is there still anyone who can't log back on June 14 2019

Pinned comment was deleted by author. I did this from the Playstation site and it's what worked for me 1. Go to SETTINGS > ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT > PRIVACY SETTINGS 2. Select the Feature you'd like to Settings for (Choose all 3) 3. Change selection to NO ONE and save

jonathan Jajsjdjdjdjdj, Best Solution: Step 1: Test Internet Connection(It will fail signing PSN) Step 2: Go to Profile Step 3: Click Sign In as the Only option Step 4: Input Your ID and Password Done. It worked for me in first attempt I Had the Error Code as CE - 33992 - 6 Set Your Internet Connection in Custom Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4 MTU: 1500
