hi from 1 month and i am dealing with the same thing bc when i tried to sign in it gave me a check box of it automatically adding my date of birth when creating it but somewhat it asked me to enter a date of birth which is making me frustrate even more.

It took 2 weeks emailing with PS support and trying to reach out to them in various ways as twitter back in the day. After two weeks i gave up since I was still signed in on PS console. Today I wanted to connect PS progress with PC account and needed to log in again. Thank you so much it took 5 minutes video to fix my problem, what a chief. Thank you save my life. Still work on June 2022. For those who cannot get the reset password email, you need to change your IP, you can do it like reseting your router, if doesn't work try to reset the password using your phone carrier (disabling wifi) and try again. I hope it help.

U can go on the ubisoft website and sign in there if u know the password or not u can probably reset the password better not like with ur psn account. If u signed in, go to account details than on account-details again and down there u find ur dob that u used for the acc.
