My situation currently: My account has just been hacked and I tried to recover it but no success. Both email and password have been changed in a matter of minutes along with the username. Most likely a bot breaching my account. I know most of my previous information including username, email, and password. One more thing, I saw the new username so I can indicate which account I am trying to recover on PSN. Having all this information, would Sony to lend me back my account with all the information restored to its previous state including the username change?

Okay so heres my problem, Recently my account was compromised I talked to a psn assistant and I gave them my phone number linked they asked for the debit card numbers but I recently changed my card due to the magstrip fading away. I gave them my serial number linked with the account. They said they had deactivated 2 step verification and they had sent a sign in id which was a bunch of numbers and said you will recieve an email with this information has anyone had this experience too?
