Make sure your block isn't an earlier casting rb block, as it'll piss coolant everywhere if you don't fill the elongated hole with jb weld.

Getting ready to do timing belt. What do you recommend for deflection of belt? Any tips would be appreciated

Factory service manual mate. Leave tensioner loose, rotate motor 2-3 times and then tighten tensioner. I didn’t do this the first time as I thought it was too loose, however once the motor had completely heat soaked/expanded I found my belt was slightly noisy
What clutch are you running? that will be next

Did you degree your cam gears at all, or did you leave them at 0?

My tuner adjusted them when it was at the dyno.

I got steel. The alloy definitely reduce that rotational weight for performance, but being softer, will wear quicker over time. I want them to stand the test of time 🤘🏼
1:25 I'm really surprised how not more people mention that when installing these water pumps lol
