Everything you need to know about protein.
Out of the primary macronutrients, protein, carbohydrates, and fat - protein might be the most important macronutrient. Protein is a great indicator that you are consuming healthier food, it’s satiating, and promotes muscle growth and repair.
In this video, we discuss why protein is pivotal in your diet, how to establish a protein goal, and how and why it’s important to break up protein throughout your day.
Lastly, I will go through some of my favorite protein sources as well as foundational protein sources you should be eating.

    Just came across this, do you think protein is related in any way? The Portuguese bodybuilding influencer known as Monster who claimed to be the most 'shredded ever' has died in Germany aged 46

    So I want to eat 2x’s per day with majority of protein at last meal so I won’t be starving at midnight (starting fast at 2pm) this isn’t a good plan? 😳🤔😵‍💫 thnx in advance for your advice

    I have the same question. Been fasting for a while and have been using a short eating window. Recently starting using weights and high protein diet. But i have been loading 200g of protein in 4-6 hour window.
