    “processed meat” you shouldnt eat every day thats literally just dried beef then hypes up the ultra processed protein shake wheres the logic.

  • @jacobzemer1
    @jacobzemer16 күн бұрын

    The logic is processed meat is a listed as a group 1 carcinogen. Whey protein is not as a carcinogen. Processed food is any food that has been altered in preparation from its original state. Greek yogurt is processed, it’s also perfectly healthy for you and so is whey protein.

  • @CaptTreasure
    @CaptTreasure6 күн бұрын

    @@jacobzemer1 red meat by itself is classified as a group 2a carcinogen processed or not. i don’t have a problem with processed foods myself but the way you presented the video in a way that made it seem like the meat being processed was the sole problem and then promoting other processed foods after that could leave a wrong impression to people who don’t know about the carcinogenic classification of processed meat and red meat. overall your content is great and very helpful to many just that part i found a little weird and thank you for your reply really shows you know your stuff because there have been many channels popping up just spewing how anything processed is terrible for you and I was worried you were just throwing it around as a scary buzzword like many do but thank you for proving me wrong have a great day hope all the best for your channel 👍🏻
