Hello Adriana. Thank for sharing these helpful tips. I have just been hired as a project analyst which is an assistant to the project manager. So I am expected to be able to do everything the project manager does. My question is what are some of the questions i can ask and what information do I need to know about the project to get up to speed quickly? It’s a computer network project where we oversea a team of networking engineers and technicians. Thanks in advance!

Hey there, thanks for your question! The first thing you need to do is ask to see all project documents so you can get up to speed. Ask for the charter, scope statement, project plan, and timeline. That is the bare minimum and basics to all projects. If they don't have this... find out why and ask what they do have. Best wishes, cheers!
