Thank you, Adriana! I learned so much from your video. And I’m curious about how to apply this in a hierarchical or political situation. For example, I’m afraid of confronting my lazy colleague because she was referred into the company by my manager. I also want to discuss my opinions with executives who don’t like it when we correct them.
What a nightmare. Creating a dozen reasons that i am grateful for my co-workers is a huge job since most of them I don't work with directly. Do I lie not to not hurt their feelings? My co-workers don't know how I actually feel.
These activities make me feel less part of the group rather than bonding with it.
I am finding this video extremely helpful. Thank you so much I love the enthusiasm. ☕
I'm so glad! Thank you for watching, cheers!
This has been so valuable! I'm prepping for a activation campaign for my small business, and ive been struggling to figure out how to priotise. But your matrix makes so much sense! My contraint is budget, because its bootstrapped, i have a timeline i must meet so i must optimise for time, which means i must accept that if my plan derails i must shrink he scope to be able meet the deadline. Fantastic 👏👏👏
I am thrilled to hear this video has given you so much help with prepping for your activation campaign! Wishing you all the best and thanks for watching, cheers!
Love everything that was said in the video, trying to implement these strategies asap

Good breakdown on the phases of project management! I appreciate how clearly you explained every phase, from initiation to closing. The importance of reflection and documentation in the context of future initiatives was an interesting point to bring out. Thank you for sharing this very valuable information.😊
You are most welcome! Thanks for watching, cheers!
Good. I appreciate your tips.
This channel is a gem. Subscribed.
“Great video on scope creep! The explanation of how minor changes can lead to significant project delays and budget overruns was eye-opening. The tips on setting clear project boundaries and maintaining strict change control processes are very useful. Thank you for the valuable insights!”😊
You are so very welcome! I am thrilled to hear that this video was of great value to you. Thanks for watching, cheers!
Thanks, Adriana! 2 questions 1) When you say, "ins and outs", are you saying what is in scope and what is not in scope for this phase of or the project as a whole? 2) It is a common practice for me to have a vision, purpose, mission and goals but sometimes these change in future phases. When would you classify an initial "project" that has multiple phases, a program? Many of my colleagues look at this differently.
Great info Adriana thank you!
You're so welcome! Thanks for watching, cheers!
Great tips, Adriana!

thanks for the advises and tips. I'm about to get my first PM job ever so it's useful
You are so welcome and congratulations! Cheers!
I like the idea of power hour. I am a soon to be a closing manager. And most of my important tasks are done at the end of day. Telling my employees that they have to step it up at the end of the day, so I can do those things will be easier with this catchphrase.
Once you implement the power hour you will never go back. It is definitely life changing! Thanks for watching and wishing you all the best. Cheers!
1-Not defining the project scope 2- poor project planning 3- poor communication 4- micromanagement 5- not delegating 6 - ignoring risk
