    Glad to see you finally incorporating the golden sauce of ATG exercises into your programs. From what I have observed, ATG and particularly working on my weak points in a full range of motion have been the biggest driver and maintain of my athleticism. My vertical is currently at around 31-32 inches due to the former and using lighter weight with strict form
