2:39 this is most of the times why i am not able to perform as per my expectations.... Simply because i am not 'feeling' my best. And now i know that it isn't my mistake.

I'm curious how this works for those of us whose cycles aren't clockwork 28 days. How do you plan anything when one period is 5 weeks after the last one and the next one happens 2.5 weeks after that?

It’s calling healing eft, the emotional code. Let’s talk the chemical peptides, or,kinesiology. Energy balance. We don’t deal with the real emotions. Grounding.

As a women, this seems very odd to me. Brainstorm, collaborate, ect.. in certain phases of my cycle. I'm sorry this is not applicable at all. Not all women are mentally or emotionally controlled by there period. I have to work on bettering myself, get things done, work out, no matter if I'm on my period, ovulating or whatever. I do appreciate the fact he brought a female perspective, but respectfully disagree.

As a JK fan, I usually love all of JK's videos, and the quality of guests he brings on because I walk away with actionable steps. This is just a huge advertisement for her book. Yes, the female brain should be studied more. Glad that this is getting talked about. But Alisa is a nutritionist, not a licensed doctor and her book just leads to her app and more lifestyle products and feels like cash grab at best.
