I see a lot of comments below from people that clearly are not in the house building industry! - These are pretty normal wood frame construction techniques being shown. - You build to the conditions - this is probably going to a semi warm climate. - The siding is insulated. The floors are insulated (and heated). - That's not plywood, it's OSB (oriented strand board). - It has Pex plumbing and uses BX wiring. - Guesstimating it's about 700 sq ft which would be a nice starter home for 2 people. There... that should save about 500 comments! :D

Oh, and having done it... I PITY the backs of the guys in the roofing department! I loathe doing asphalt roofing.

@@nameeman207 - It REALLY depends where you live, and where the manufacturer is since transport costs are a large factor. You would need to contact a local seller of manufactured or modular homes.

이런 목조주택의 단열재 종류와 시공방법들이 가장 중요한데 그걸 편집으로 빼버린다 신뢰가 안가는 영상이네 작업하는 영상 보면서 단열재 어떤거 쓰는지 어떻게 시공하는지가 젤궁금해서보는데 안나오길래 댓글로 문의할랫더니 편집했다는거에 얼척이 없네;;; 왜 올린거지 그럼 영상을?>.

Видимо у них климат мягче, единственное то что я думаю в таком доме всё шумы с улицы будут слышны, так как стены пустые, короче в России в таком доме замерзнешь!

I don't think I'd class this as architecture, more like building construction. Still I liked it a lot. These look like the portable cabins you can stay in at caravan parks here in Australia, where was the ceiling insulation?

I got a glimpse of paper backed batt type insulation on the underside of the roof as the OSB was being installed to form the ceiling. We didn't see the wall insulation other than the foam which is incorporated into the outer panels.

Only Hot water, not for the cooling, Insulation was Install Rafter and between of Stud

@@Windrider6무슨 소리야... 바닥 배관에 뜨거운 물을 순환시켜서 실내를 따뜻하게 한다. 일반 주택만큼 단열이 충분치는 않지만 아주 추운 지역이 아니면 큰 문제는 없다.

흐음.. 아직 미국 독일 따라잡을려면 멀은 것 같다. 스크류볼트 박는 것도 그렇고, IBC, IRC 기준의 맞게 짓는건지도 모르겟고 아니면 국내 국토부 경목구조 시방서로 짓는건지도 잘 모르겟고.. 좋은 점수를 주기는 어려울듯 하다. 투습방수지도 일제를 쓰네 거진다 미제아니면 유럽제 사용하는데 창호시공도 흠... 모듈화 주택 아직 갈길이 멀구나..
하나를 보면 열을 안다는 말이 틀린 게 아니네..
Most of the materials being used are familiar to me from their common use in the USA. The panels used on the exterior, however, are something I have not seen before. Can you share more information about them?

In the states we have vinyl siding with styrofoam backing. What they are using is probably something locally made with similar properties. Just another viewer trying to help.

Probably aluminium and foam sandwich . Is used in Australia and can be an extreme fire hazard depending on what foam is used .

This unit is so air tight, it needs some kind of air exchanger. Some way to bring in fresh air from the out side. Also, the plastic on the top of the roof does no good. It is ment for ridge cap ventilation. In order for it to work, the roof needs to have the wood cut away under it . This allows the heat from under the roof to escape. Very nice.

What type of wood the house used for build
Well... some things are not the way I learned (în Canada) - no roof insulation, no vapor barrier... I presume there is no need for that? But the cuts precision? Wow!

Влагостойкий гипсокартон не нуждается в применении пароизоляции, а там где был обычный гипсокартон, ее скорее всего установили🎉

건축 할때는 꼭 사전에 공부하고 집의 성능을 꼭 협의 하셔야 합니다. 우리나라 건축법상 단열 성능은 구조체가 외기와 닿아 있어도 구조체를 빼고 단열성능을 인정하기 때문에 나무 혹은 철골 사이에만 단열재 채우면 망하기 쉽상이에요.

Они ее гипсокартоном закрыли, через него запах не проходит. Мы так на даче внутри делали. Потом шпаклевали и под краску.

Poor job of installing the shingles. No drip edge, installing two nails per shingle and cutting the edge with no overhang is just unprofessional workmanship. No to mention installing the floating flooring wrong.
