    With certain seeds, two 4 quad patches will touch and the Circle from Edges node will not make a round hole (you end up with a square one after the PolyExtrude inset).

    Relax iterations greatly reduces the chance of this happening as it forces the scattered points to move away from other points.

    What if I want to fill some wholes with spheres randomly? What would be the best way to do that?

    Create a point group on the scattered points (eg. group expression with 30% chance preset) and copy spheres to it with the copy-to-points node.
