@5:22 communication is the biggest key and you are so spot on!!! Misunderstanding misinterpretations under communication etc are so bad so these must be avoided especially with big cosmetic procedures like this. And some providers are just giving patients that look of impatience like patients are too stupid and this makes patients scared to ask more to clarify and leave the result to chances… this is no good.

It was the best money I ever spent in my lifetime. Make sure you have an oral surgeon ,and a dentist that you trust. .My oral surgeon was the best!!I haven't had any problems...but be sure you do what you are told. These procedures all take time, so listen to your surgeon and you should have good results.

Planning on flying back and forth to another country for treatment. If you run into complications. Probably not and when the dentist you see in states. That doesn't have the same standards we do. Because of legal liability the dentist will simply. Remove the implants and you will be given dentures. This why dentists warn you not to do this. My mom has five individual implants. Four of them had to be done again. She was charged full price each time. So she made appointment with the dentist. That did the implants. Just she had infection underneath the crown the implant was removed. Infection drained and new implant put in. It is A life long expensive commitment.

When he ask how was I paying for it, I told him cash 🤯 now he really start high pressure sale. I said this is a ton of money so I would like to weigh my options, he said let me step out my office to give you time 😡. I appreciate your honesty very comfortable with you being honest. Ty Dr

Hello my name is Sarah, I just wanted to thank you for your informative video about all on 4 implants, it helped me understand possiblities of problems especially if I did one of those 24hr treatments for implants. I've been dealing with constnant tooh problems since I was a kid. I have consistant pain almost daily and so I'm always popping over the counter pain killers and coating my teeth with Anbesol oral gel just so I can live my day to day life without taking my frustrations out on my family, college peers, or coworkers. I've been doing research for so long about different oppertunities to help me out and to understans however I'm still set on is all on 4 dentures and I'm hoping I can find someone near me that is just as informative as you. Most of the time I didn't do regular dental check up's because it was just to much money and the majority of dental places don't take state insruances practically, especially now a days. Anyway thank you for your video once more I really appreciate seeing someone that isn't just for the money.

I hope your dream of getting these implants happens. You do realize that you have to see dentist every six months if you have these. The dentist uses special tool. To remove and clean them. They have to check that the screws are tight not loose. You would need water pick to clean between the implant and your gums. If you don't you run the risk if developing infection. Which would cause the implant to fail. This comes with a lot of added time and added cost. They are not like real teeth.

Wow, what a timely video! I have all-on-fours that were placed in 2015 but my front tooth has chipped and they are telling me I have to replace the entire bridge--the teeth are acrylic so I can totally affirm what you're saying about material being so important. But the other thing that really resonated with me was your discussion about food getting under the bridge. I went to an office that placed these in three days (which was why I chose them), but I think you're right about the gums receding a little bit afterward. The number one thing that has always driven me crazy about my bridges is that food particles get underneath; if I'm at work I can't use a waterpik immediately so I end up having to feel that until I get home. I think I will schedule an appointment with your office to discuss replacement even though my current doctor said going somewhere else would void my implant warranty.

Can you upgrade titanium bar base to zirconia monolithic as long the implants and other factors are solid? I just had my all on 4 done 2 weeks ago and still in Temps (and will be for 3-4 months per my dentist) and while I am sure Zirconia would be great there I no way I could afford that right now. Just the All-on-4 still cost about 30k (upper and lower) and that was with my dental insurance covering the implants as well. However if the current implants could be used then it may be something I would consider if I do indeed have issues a few.years down the road if all I have to worry about is the actual device and not extractions/implants as well. I know you could say with 100% certainty just wondering if it is even in the realm.of possibility

So prior to going in and getting my all on 4, I watched this video and then I talked to my dentist about what you said in the video. He told me that it's actually good to have the titanium bar with the acrylic teeth on top because of the fact that the acrylic teeth are weaker. Reason being, just like anything else there's going to be stress put on to the teeth whether that's through chewing or grinding or clenching and he said if you don't have some kind of weak point basically like a fault line if you're thinking about like the Earth and how the ground has fault lines in it, then the thing that's going to end up breaking when put under that kind of stress is the actual implant itself which is much more difficult to fix. As to where if just a tooth pops off that's not as big of a deal and can be fixed easily. So I thought I would just share that it makes sense to me and I hope it helps somebody else out there making this tough decision.

The nice thing about the zirconia all on 4, is you don't take them out. You have maintenance and cleaning every six months like your natural teeth at your dental office. Dr. needs to have the right tools to do this. This is where they check your implants, the health of your gums, your screws, all the little parts. If you take good care of them, they will last your life time. Your health will also have a lot to do with the longevity of them as well as your health.

I don't understand why you don't use measurements or pictures or do before And after renduring to give the patient an idea of how it will look.

What would you recommend for me. I’m 30 years old. My teeth no matter what since I was young kept getting abscess teeth. Same with my mom and grandfather. But the dentist I went to instead of trying to save them said my medical would t cover fixing or saving them so now I’m 30 and they took out most of my top teeth and the rest keep getting abscess. So my question is what do you think the best option for a 30 year old male will be to have teeth that look real and last a long time and not haft to do regular dentures. I want somthing that looks real don’t want the thing in top of my mouth. I want to as close to my old smile back as possible with the function and look as my regular teeth had. Well as much as possible price isn’t a concern I just want my smile back so bad it’s taken a tole on me being 30 and my top teeth are so bad. My bottoms have had few cavities but all in all things that can be fixed and are good. Just need advice about my top. The last dentist recommended I have the rest of my top pulled to replace what’s left with somthing like the products you are showing. So what would you recommend for my age and that would look as close to my real ones and be long lasting?
