    Lene Marie Fossen was an amazing photographer. The way she portrayed people..with so much love. Susanne Sundfør’s music is beautiful as always. Btw it’s Susanne sitting by Lene’s bed in the hospital at 4:45

    In the documentary there’s a moment where Susanne sings for Lene by the bed, to cheer her up. The song Mantra, I believe. 😢❤️

    I remember her voice from the movie "Oblivion", a few years ago. Really mesmerizing. As for the pictures, all suffering is hard to watch, but it is better than ignoring it.

    It takes a lot for a song to make me cry. I cannot get through this song without tearing up...I just can't.

    The documentary is amazing, factual, sad and puts focus on eating disorders. The angle being the thoughts, pov's and feelings of the person and family of the one who suffers from it. And yes, even as I've watched the documentary, the video/images tends to take the focus away from the music.

    @@dannytheswedishmusixian1513 I had eating disorders in my late teens, took over a year to get over it, over a decade for the metabolism to get on track again, but almost 20 yrs before i found a method that actually helped me on all levels and made me understand why, specially emotionally and mentally. Today, it seems like it's even worse than 20-30 yrs ago.

    @@dannytheswedishmusixian1513 while susanne is an introvert, aurora turned into an extrovert. I can say that the aurora-generation of young Nnorwegian women in music are for sure influenced by susanne sundfør. and ane brun.

    when you reacted to her song "undercover", you said more or less that she or her music doesn`t touch you or you don't feel this song, also someone in the comments said something like this. and i was really mad and angry because of it. if you don't feel her music, you are dead inside.

    @@dannytheswedishmusixian1513 don't you know this feeling? if you love something into pieces and someone else is just saying: na, thats nothing? everyone can like whatever comes, thats how this world works. for me it's hard to believe that someone is unable to feel her music.

    Hehe, well, I can’t prove it to you 🤔 When I watch reactions(comedy bits, tv-shows) I get to relive hearing/seeing it for the first time again, that’s what it’s about for me as a viewer. As a reactor my goal is to be honest without being mean or too negative.
