I've considered iTrain or Train 2.0 for on ice as well. Haven't made up my mind yet though

so good. no wonder the modern game is what it is. incredible technical practice. those old guys who say 'hockey ain't what it used to be', just aren't paying attention. hockey is twice the game it used to be or more.

Hello!tell me what profile / radius and sharpening of skates (for example 20...29 mm) must be in order to perform the exercises correctly? I am now using a factory profile and a sharpening of 29 mm and, depending on the quality of the ice, it sometimes drifts into a skid, the skates cling to the ice badly.

I can’t seem to get my inside leg snap shot’s weight transfer off because I keep losing my balance. What recommendations would you have? Am I doing something wrong?

Have you worked on your ankle stability at all? Ankle, hips, core play a role. Check out Hockey Training TV

This instructor must have 1000 tricks in his bag. Everything is executed so fast I barely have time to register some (more complex) instructions.

The guy from the AHL is a very smooth skater. I don’t here his blades at all.
