They said it couldn't be done. Literally, they said Princess Isabelle couldn't be part of the Worldfest International Film Festival. The community came together to make it happen. Princess Isabelle is a story about building community. That is its message and it is an example of it. Princess Isabelle's world premiere on November 6, 1999 was the culmination of that principle. That night, we filled the Cline Library Assembly Hall's 407 seats and made Flagstaff and accordion history. Even after twenty years, Princess Isabelle remains the best -- and maybe the only -- feature-length accordion movie ever made!
