Alan is the finest vocalist and frontman in extreme metal, nobody else conveys such emotion. I know primordial are well respected but i still feel like they're not given anywhere near the credit they deserve

Definitely one of the greatest songs of all time! It is difficult to listen to with goosebumps for nine minutes. This dark period of human history should never be forgotten. This song embodies the grief and horror of those bloody coffin ships.

Such an authentic and emotional performance. Come back to stage and rule! Only live show creates this kind of ritual and bond between performer-shaman and the worshippers. It's the whole cosmology of divine people and human gods, no sacred-profane dichotomy here. Live show is one of the last bastions of freedom and human emotions in technocratic world ruled from behind the flat screen. "Music stands in symbolic relation to the primordial contradiction and primordial pain in the heart of the primal unity, and therefore symbolizes a sphere which is beyond and prior to all phenomena" - Nietzsche "Birth of Tragedy".

Thanks for the upload! This is one of my favorite songs from y'all and it never fails to give me chills and stir up emotions. To me personally, the lyrics seem more profound in today's current sociopolitical climate and help raise my spirit. I needed this today as I'm hungover and yet again Texas is having another dreary day of rain and unusual temps. My husband and I have a friend over and have a pork loin and brisket to roast so this set the mood! Now for hair of the dog! Cheers!
