    Your stuff is so frustrating! You have this diagram on the back of the package for one of your other handles I'm trying to install and it comes with a lock and you've got this metal thing in the way of where the diagram shows it going with no CONCEIVABLE WAY to open the hole for the lock to go in! I can't figure out if this is a terrible product or terrible instructions or both.
