I use these little locks in Ireland a lot as a secondary bolt or to replace a discontinued lock on old sliding doors. So simple to install

Looks like the Lock-It one I bought but have to modify to use on vinyl slider doors. They are designed for sloppy fit doors by the instructions.

Hay Jason it seems we are always the last to get our stuff fix around the house lol great lock .but why don't just replace the door or re plumb so it works properly???? Adjustment is on bottom of operator adjustable rollers to plumb.or you may have to keep adjusting your CAL LOCK to make up for were in time...I know no time for our self the all mighty dollars are calling and we put them frist .as my wife would say I'm always last on the list Lol lol.😎

good job on the vid i have a q for you i saw you pull the door tight two the door jam how easy or hard wood it be to open and close it for a elderly or disabled person on this install and on a stranderd install and thank you for the link to them

caveman Sparks well, this door it wouldn’t be as easy but on a proper sliding door it is very easy to operate. On this one though, while it is a bit difficult I was pleasantly surprised at how less difficult it was compared to what I was thinking it would be.

That's a strange contraption. Reminds me that I need to replace all our sliding door handles and add drop bolts too. :/ What's a service call worth to Australia?. 😆🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

You need to work on your drill bit sharpening skills brother! It shouldn't look that painful to drill 1/8" holes! Nice little video though, well done. Is the product durable?

A security lock on a sliding glass door? Some people will buy anything.It ain't gonna stop a rock or a hammer. lol.
