The rotating of players this season has improved, gamefit has been hard for certain players when out of the Fa and efl. Injuries plays a role aswell, anybody that understand the game can see that when Thomas partey where fit and ready last season the team were better, Rice is a fantastic player and has been so good this season, partey has the experience and it's like the team plays more free and dynamic when he's at his best, he's not getting any younger but that's why it's important to have the experience players. 😊

If they wan't to talk about number of trophies, they should cite Guardiola instead - 5 PL, 1 CL, 2 FA Cups, 4 EFL (in 8 years). I know Arteta has only won an FA Cup, but this idea that Klopp has dominated English football and has a giant cabinet full of trophies is a lie.

I hadn't even considered how much rest clubs from other leagues get before big European games. Bayern resting almost an entire first team for 9 days yet we have to play our first team for 3 games in one week. He's right in a way, it's not an excuse it's a reality. We need to play in the same conditions. I mean, to win the Champions League Man City literally had to throw away their last few games of the season. So to beat Bayern we would have had to play our Team B vs a Solid Villa side which still punished us in the second half. Man, English clubs aren't fighting on level playing field vs European opposition. Imagine if the EPL postponed Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City games before their European games? What could have been? Something the EPL needs to definitely look at. 3 English teams crashing out of Europe in one week is shocking! Anyways, now it's full throttle for us in the EPL. COYG!! 💯💯

Last 2 games show squad strength isn't anywhere near comparable to Man City. Arteta doesn't seem to trust or think the fringe players like Nketiah, Nelson, ESR & Viera are good enough, that's why Odegaard, Martinelli & Saka are playing too many games. I think he & Edu will try to improve the squad & move on some fringe players in the summer to have a core of 2 or 3 more top players. However, still very fine margins - Dibu Martinez's saves v Villa & Zinchenko's dire performance means Arsenal are 2nd not 1st.
