I find it so amazing how channels like this change the way you think about living. I would have never known this is a lifestyle without people like Anna.

Totally agree ....working remotely through you tube is also a great way to supplement the lifestyle , channels like Annn'a are addictive!! Cheers, B
I retired last year and moved out of an apartment I had lived for 27 years. It took me weeks of nightly carload (to avoid heat and traffic) to empty out the place. I was too exhausted to reminisce these 27 years being from a marriageable woman to an old lady. Looking back I was amazed how much gumption I got to tackle buying a place, remodeling, moving, and retiring all in one year by myself.
Anna can't wait to see what you do next. You have a unique and pleasant way of bringing us along in your world. I will miss seeing you in your van, I love the red colored of your van in a world mostly covered in white vans it stood out.

I hear ya! I’ll miss the red as well…but hopefully my next rig will have just as much character in its own way too! 😝🤞
I can sort of feel your pain -- I'm retired, and also have to downsize. Worse, I inherited my parents' house; my mother couldn't bear to dispose of _all_ my father's things after he died; I couldn't bear to dispose of all _her_ things after _she_ died -- so there's a *lot* of downsizing to get through. Plus a few thousand (not an exaggeration) of my books sitting boxed up in storage. So I understand fully how hard it is to downsize, and how much work it is, and how overwhelming it can be. But: if anyone is going to land on her feet after jumping off that cliff, Anna, it is you. After following your journey for over a year now, I have every faith in you. Just please don't leave us in suspense too long or too often -- let us know how things are going when you have the time and energy to do so. :)
Always impressed by vangirls ability to build and fix things themselves. Respect👍
You've got this Anna! You are young and courageous and have so many incredible adventures ahead of you. We loved your Canada series! It's one of our favorite places. You are so inspiring and we love watching your videos. Last Sunday my husband asked where is Anna?🤣 I'm really excited for you and what wonderful journeys you are going to be on. Thanks so much for taking us along! Stay safe and ALWAYS stay true to yourself. ❤️ You rock girl!!
Love your book collection and outstandingly creative videography. I have read 5 of the books in your collection. Me be simping now, but I know you have no desire for male companionship. However, I know we would be excellent friends with our similar wonderlust adventures, creative interests, and freedom loving spiritual quests. Please Continue to March in your journey and excellent work with your channel. I thoroughly enjoy living as a parallel soul partner with your well thought out postings and in-depth self-reflective thought processes.
This girl is amazing. An inspirational young lady, with so much talent and wisdom for one so young. Good luck in your future adventures.
Needed to hear that pep talk, Anna. I've decided not to renew my lease in Feb. and am going to fly or fall. I realized this weekend that I need to make the leap to nomad living soon for my mental and spiritual health. It's not going to be an easy transition but it's time. Thank you for sharing your journey and inspiring others to take the leap, too.
Great job detailing your van. I don't think anyone will find one cleaner. Looking forward to seeing your next
On those worm gear clamps you can use a nut driver instead of a flathead screwdriver. Makes it much easier, I used to install dryer ducts when I worked delivering appliances for Lowe’s
*I've been following your journey for a long time! I'm super excited for your next rig!! The little red van has been a pain at times but also given you some great memories. Well I guess great memories for all of us going along with you. You cleaned the van up really well! Now onto the next adventure! I'll be here!*

Awe thank you for tagging along for so long on this journey with me through these videos! I appreciate your kind words more than you know :)
Best wishes on deciding on your next ride! Change is hard, but it always leads to new adventures. Look forward to your next update.
Not going to lie, I freaked out on the title thinking you were done with van life. Very excited to see the next one. I have always loved your music playlist. I see you use Spotify, are you willing to share so I listen to your list?? Please! ;) I know the moving thing. I'm in the process of moving from SC back to Ohio after 29 yrs. This is the first move where it's all me to rid out, sell stuff, pack up, and get on to the next place. I'll be near my brother so that'll be nice. Maybe now I can talk him into helping me build a van out. He's an amazing woodcraftsman.

Good luck on YOUR new adventure
I’m excited to see what adventures lie ahead as you move forward to a new chapter in your life. I’m amazed at your courage! Good luck!!
Your message about uncertainty really hit me today. Its been something I’ve been wrestling with for a long time, ever since I took a similar metaphorical jump and moved countries (again), not knowing whether it can be my new home. I hope you find an amazing 4x4 that takes you on even more amazing adventures, I’m so excited for you and hope you make new connections on this journey!
Hello from Minnesota, Anna! Never commented before. Just wanted to say I recently discovered your channel and I enjoy the editing and the storytelling. After having moved many times, and much of that internationally, I get the moments of contemplation of what to keep and not keep, letting go, not forgetting and moving on. Thank you very much for your videos!
I love your videos. I've been watching you since you started, I think. I wish I could afford a van like yours, but not yet. Best of luck with whatever your new rig is, and I look forward to seeing your future posts.
When I read Preping van for sale, I thought, yes, Anna's going from van life to sailboat life. But then you said you're going to buy a 4x4! Well, good luck to you on that, and I'm excited to see what's next with you. I've enjoyed all your videos :)
Good luck finding the right new van, very excited for you!
Good stuffs happening for you Anna, hey have a great Xmas festive season, stay safe, looking forward to seeing what you end up with as far as a rig goes. Cheers Judy Australia
Hi Anna - glad to see you back we have all been waiting for you
So glad for you! Awesome decision. Hope you find the perfect rig.
Long time no see. It's good to see a post. I love how you made sure the van was ready for the next owner. Not very many people would have gone the extra mile like you did. Great job.
Anna, You are AWESOME!! Such great thoughts, ideas, inspirations! Good Luck on the new rig, look forward to seeing it! JUMP!!
Cheers to the jump & best wishes on whatever comes next!♥
Best of luck with your new plan!! 🌎
Anna uncharted You were one of my very first inspos that made me consider living in a van. Something about your storytelling aesthetic drew me in. Last week i got a used sprinter 144 2wd. I'm one phase behind you! Thank you, and know that what you do here matters. To a lot of us.
Luv ya and all you share of your travels, experiences and self - looking forward to what's next.
Good luck Anna on the sale of your van!
I always enjoy your upbeat and positive attitude! Hope some of your previous positivity comes back to you in spades, as you say goodbye to your old home and search for (and find) your next home. Stay safe. Stay awesome. Keep in touch. And, if we don't see you here before then, have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
Anna, you are so thoughtful in all the deep down cleaning before you sell your van. Best of luck in your future dreams and adventures!
It's great how considerate you are of the next person who will have your van. Hope it goes to a good home.
Hi Anna! It feels like this van has gotten you through some tough times. Great to see you moving on to new adventures!
It's incredible seeing you grow throughout the history of this channel!
It’s #cliffhanger folks. Fall or fly this girl lands on her feet! I believe you become strong by facing what life presents you with. ❤️
I enjoyed this episode! Laughed a lot! I can't believe you're continuing the "van life" with another rig! I guess I just burned out on perpetual travel; like Forrest Gump, I just stopped one day and said, "I'm going home now."
You got this Anna, I look forward to the next chapter. As I get older I do less jumping off of cliffs. But I still step off the side walk lol. Cheers.
Great video! Your storage unit looks just like the one I have here in Finland! Even those blue doors are the same!
Thank you so much! I’m moving out of my apartment this month and yes emotional , yes scatterbrained. Appreciate your vulnerability ❤
Good luck Anna. Happy to see you post. Was wondering where you were, thinking maybe you had gone home for the holidays and taking a break. Hope you find what you are looking for with the new rig. I admire you so much and wish you the very best.
I felt the same way when I signed the loan for my Storyteller MODE LT. It was now or never. Now, I live in my van full time and I am so glad I did it. Good Luck on your new adventures with your new rig…
Big moves. Big changes. Looking forward to seeing the new journey.
Anna kicks butt. I will support whatever you do - you are an amazing role model.
All the best Anna on the sale of your van and your next project!!! Your videos are quite calming and for my part very much appreciated!!! Can't wait to discover the next rig!!! Ohh and by the way, I would totally buy a used van from you !!!🤩
I am freaking excited to see what your next journey is with a 4x4 ! I'm sure you already know this Channel, but @livingavanlife has an amazing rigg that he outfitted himself ! Excited to see what you choose and build !
I always enjoy your videos; you have a great attitude! Best of luck with the new rig, whatever it will be, and safe travels.
The analogy ....I have to jump, fly or Fail....its a good perspective, being nautical I always loved the quote...you can never cross the ocean unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore!!! That four wheel future ....sounds like your wings to more adventures....I myself will be doing the same come spring and of coure a TACOMA with a KIMBO!!! Was thinking about VANs but I prefer the light nimbo KIMBO on a four wheel tacoma!!! Cheers, Warmest of regards, 1000 islands Canada
Can't wait to follow your next adventure!!
Great video! Totally agree with you on moving, the amount of work it requires. In life the experiences comes with many trials and errors. The plans are never perfect but there's always the learning and corrections that's available to you. I know you'll succeed in your next goals, you've already demonstrated many successes in your past videos. Looking forward to your next one. Stay safe and good luck. WB
thanks for sharing. it takes a lot to be able to share some of these experiences we go through in our lives. good luck with the transition
Good luck I hope you find and enjoy your new van and I hope it's the one you want GOOD LUCK
I'm excited for whatever will come next, what next adventure unfolds. Your videos make me calm, and happy and I get that "fire starting" for adventures.
Happy holidays Anna started watching for van life but that’s only secondary now love your outlook on life your perspective and your talks don’t ever lose that beautiful laugh! Have great &safe travels in 23
I can't tell you how much I have loved watching your videos. I have watched them all (all that I can find), and I hope you let me keep on joining you on your great adventures.
Great to see you again..can’t wait for the next adventure. 4x4 or boat? Whatever it is..follow your dream…you’re awesome and inspiring! Much Love
Pumped to see your next home. 😁
Moving is so emotional! ❤
I drive a small car that I don't live in but as a work commuter I have an apartment's worth of stuff in. I feel like I need to go clean it now. Thanks Anna
Happy new year Anna, nice video, keep the good spirit
Found myself getting a little emotional watching you clean out your van, reminded me of cleaning out all the stuff from my last semi. Good luck with finding a 4x4, hope to see you back soon! 😊
I'm doing the same thing right now! It's crazy to conclude that a chapter in your life is closing; I've been in my van for three years and couldn't tell you what my life would have been having I had not gone mobile. Bittersweet to let my home go, but it's time to upgrade! Good luck to you, Anna; I can't wait to see what 2023 brings you! (P.s. considered the December Omaze prize van, and I'm sure you did too, haha)
I'm going through an apartment move, and that seems daunting. What you're going through is monumental!
Anna the ending of this video had me in literal tears as I’m about to embark on the biggest journey and adventure of my life. It’s getting closer to the date so I’m getting nervous however the spark of excitement was reignited after I watched this video❤ thank you!!!! You inspire me so much!
Well, I hope you find the rig you want, Anna, and sell your van quickly. Onward to the next adventure.
Hi from the UK, have faith Anna, you are doing such a great job, made the tasks look easy
Good luck Anna on the next phase of your life!
I had a storage unit like yours, I came back too it and realised I could have sold it all and saved so much on storage. You can always rebuy stuff.
This is the first time I have watched your channel and just wanted to say, Kudos! I have been a traveler all my life and can confidently say that the swapping and changing does get easier. You think you have a lot of stuff now because it is packed in a 4x4 closet but when you get your new rig it will all fit nicely. As travelers we blow in the wind and follow our dreams. Do what feels right but learn from your mistakes and never stop dreaming. Always take the leap!
I just stumbled upon your channel today. I'm currently doing a van build myself. I really appreciate the outpouring and honesty of emotions in your video. You're as real as they come; I was moved by your story and determination. Better to end life with great memories and no regrets. And I'll share a little story with you. Almost 8 years ago, I got on an airplane and flew from Alaska where I live now all the way over to Thailand to meet a woman I met over the Internet. I have always really been taken by the Asia Culture and the Buddhist Faith in Thailand and always wanted to go. Scared the living crap out of me traveling that far, not speaking the language, etc. etc. That was about as far out of my comfort zone as I've ever gone. It was so totally worth it. I've loved it, and now fly every year. I'm married now, and going to bring my wife from Thailand over to the United States. We are planning to travel Throughout the U.S. in the van. She's never seen any of it. I'm very excited, and work a little each week on my van build. Dreams do come true if you work at it. All the best!
Wow! Way to make a decision and run with it! (I do not make decisions quickly at all) Also, nice job with all the prep work!
Hi Anna 🤗 I'll miss your red home a little, but I'm excited for your new adventures, have a good time and lovely greetings from Andreas and Balou from frosty North-Germany xx ❄️ ❤️🕊
Very entertaining video 📹 👏. The red van will be missed but look forward to the new 4×4 rig.
It was good to see you made it home from Canada, I was starting to worry 😎 all I can say about your future, be your own master of destiny…. I wish you all the best!!!!!
Good luck Anna.i hope you get the 4x4 you want.Good luck.I hope you get back to Canada again. Here in eastern Canada we dont have snow cap mountains here in New Brunswick, but we have some awesome beaches on the bay of fundy.Hope you get a chance to check it out someday.Be safe and enjoy life.👍❤😘
I've been following you for a long time and I'm looking forward to this new phase of yours, I can't wait to follow your new adventures❤🔥❤🔥
Woah, I haven't seen the book "Ishmael" in like 20 years. How neat to see it again; it molded my perspective as a young kid. Really influenced my life. Thank you for giving that to me in this season. I hope your own next chapter is adventurous and fulfilling!
Good luck on van sales , you are a very brave and such responsible seller ❤
Oh Merry Christmas! And happy new year!
