Tremendous video, love the way you bring it all into context and scale. I was a 21 year Tanker up north here - and you nailed it, it takes months of training just to know the basics as the crew, then years of field exercises to be proficient. Giving tanks to Ukraine, is like giving it to your drunken uncle who is at the race track bar, promising he won't place a bet or buy another round. Have a great day! :)

Watching what's unfolding is infuriating. I was in elementary school during the Cuban Missile crisis (in Key West), back when our government gave a crap about the country. As a veteran, watching the focused weakening of our defenses domestically and internationally now, is nothing short of treason in my book. When I read this yesterday the first thing I thought was "poking the bear " too. I have a idea, before we send the tanks over there lets hide a tracking device inside the tanks to see where they end up. Things that go bump in the night drive me crazy.

All I want to know is what Biden's kickback for all these tanks he is giving Ukraine.

In January of 2019, while at NTC, a brigade lost 13 tanks. Not broke. LOST. Those squadrons had no idea where they left their vehicles, so my team didn't get to leave on schedule, we had to stay an extra three days, flying in circles over the desert, looking for big tan rectangles. We found 12, (and 9 trailers, and 6 other trucks) then told the tankers to screw themselves before flying out just in time to beat the weather. If US soldiers can't keep track of a nearly 30 ton vehicle that theyre experts on, the Ukrainians are going to 100% waste those vehicles. It's going to be a debacle

I had some strange phenomena happen to me yesterday and this morning. Yesterday I was talking on the phone with my sis and the call dropped, went to check my phone and the screen was all screwy. I called her back she asked what happened, I told her I don't know but something pretty weird is going on. While I was talking the sun broke through the big heavy mist covering the area and it was really really bright, I told my sis that I will have to call you back because this is just getting too weird. At about 230am I woke up to a noise that sounded like my pickup door slamming shut, needless to say I bounded right out of bed, I looked but there was nothing there. The adventure continues. Watching inquisitive minds have to know!!!

Then last month or so Zelensky is treated like a hero in the USA, THEN we send Patriot Missile system and start training them in the USA last week. WTH this is totally suspicious of how they all acted since the beginning till now!

Another great video as usual Pinball. One would also consider who is going to maintain these machines - as with military equipment, one hour of operation requires multiple hours of maintenance to keep it in top operational condition. I can not help but think that the next shoe to eventually drop will be the thug demanding air support to protect these and future armour assets. Times are certainly becoming interesting and looking back at all the "Normies" who called preppers tin-foil hat wearers brings a smile to one's face.

Oh, I woke up at 4:25 am due to the loud rumblings of a rocket launch(forgot one had been scheduled). Seemed extra loud. Maybe there was a concussive wave from rocket booster re-entry felt in your area? Just throwing out possibilities. Could not find any documented earthquakes in eastern USA this early A.M.

My brother was 3rd armored cavalry, served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Abrams are an extremely heavy piece of equipment, not designed for the wet conditions of Ukraine. The maintenance / operator training alone will delay the tanks being actively engaged for months if not a year. This is an equipment dump so the military industrial complex can profit replenishing the inventory.

That’s some very good information Pinball, thanks for the report , really puts perspective on what’s really happening.

We will probably be able to buy the tanks on eBay when dictator Zilenski sells them… and buys another mansion.

I live in Roane County Tennessee which is not far from where Pinball lives. I was awakened early this morning by what sounded like a crash. I thought some boxes I had stored in a shed had fallen over. But when I checked everything looked good. A couple of pictures had fallen off the walls but no other damage. Not sure what it was.

Earthquake? I moved to Greene County, TN over 20 years ago (regrettably, have now retired and moved) and when shopping for homeowners insurance, the lady asked if we wanted earthquake insurance. We thought she was crazy, but she told us about a fault in the region. Never would have guessed it.

Same with the Patriot missile system. It takes dozens of personnel to operate one of those systems. Power generators, fuel, technicians, operators 24-7 sat com, parts, area defense, on and on. If Patriots are in the country, so are our boots.

I was judging the number of tanks by US org (TO&E), too. I retired before they reduced the US tank platoon to 4 tanks (2 teams of 2 instead of heavy team (3) + light team (2) for total of 5 o a Plt. When this 11E corrected me, I got hit in the head with a cast iron pan - they use Soviet / Russian equipment and org. So, a platoon has 3 tanks, 3 platoons to a company + CO's tank = 10 to a company. 3 companies to a battalion + CO's tank = 31. We're sending a Bn of tanks in their TO&E. That doesn't mitigate the fact that we're trying to drain the ocean with a thimble, but, at least it makes a little more sense in the number.

Its mission creep. 31 raises eyebrows today, 131 will not make news next month

Oklahoma...my state has several thousand Ukrainian Military training at our Millitary bases. I live an hour from one of them. Look at the cyber attacks...seems like it's hitting right there.

From a preparedness standpoint, why would they be giving away (notice I didn’t say sell them because it’s not like WTP didn’t pay for them) the Bradley’s when they could potentially be used as a backup if necessary? Ukrainian doctrine has an armored battalion at 31 tanks, that's where the number came from; interestingly, with Poland signing a deal to purchase 250 Abrams over the next several years, no doubt that includes General Dynamics standing up their maint, repair and training infrastructure... probably pretty quickly at this point, and probably on a rail line right next to the border... I'm sure this is just first of many. Just a convenient coincidence I'm sure...

I went to air defense artillery school at Ft. Bliss in 1999. My job was 14S Avenger Crewmember. Those barracks were horrible. The showers only had no head and the water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Thankfully I got out of there after 4 months. Some guys had been there over a year waiting on getting their secret security clearance so they could get to a new assignment. Sorry you had to be there as an assignment. It was nicer than Ft. Sill in winter. That was the best part. I left Ft. Sill in November and it was getting really cold.

I was a 19D... "Baby tanker" AKA Cavalry Scout, our armor doctrine has been taken from the playbooks of some the most effective war generals to walk the planet. The only people to destroy an Abrams is ourselves, since the 80's when the first model came off the production line, superior tactics and superior equipment.
