Wow fantastic, thanks! Can you control scale zoom and position with the Loupedeck dials?

To be honest, I am really happy to use the loupedeck live to edit my multi cam video. I am not only editing, but also I use my Mac to do live multi cam streaming. Could you make it happen with OBS or other streaming apps? It would be wonderful if I can use the loupedeck live to control the volume and camera with my Mac.

hello i add loopdeck as a control device like there but when i touch any button of the loupedeck premiere crash. Cant even open properly the file after doing this setting. Im on PC with this loupedeck. HELP

I have CT, and Premier Pro. The screens on Loupedeck change when I open Premier Pro .. but it's not shown in the pref : Control Surface interface .. there are three (EUCON, Mackie and Tangent .. but no sigh of Loupedeck). Premier Pro seems to be seeing some kind of interaction with Loupedeck .. but only in a ghost panel which appears .. but seems not to make any changes in Premiere Pro). Clearly something not fully connected there .. any ideas?

This might be caused by the Premiere Pro v15.0 update. Please close Premiere Pro, and go to our website to reinstall Loupedeck v4.2.5 (Windows), or install v4.2.6 (macOS). After that, open up Premiere Pro again and see if you can add Loupedeck to the list of Control Surfaces in Edit > Preferences > Control Surface. If you're still facing issues after this, please contact our customer support: loupedeck.com/en/support

Just wondering if that solved the problem because I too am having this problem but already had the latest version of the software with premiere v14.

@@Silent-Ecko Loupedeck works in all iterations of Premiere. You have to go into the applications folder, find the Loupedeck plugin and make sure it is there. I used premiere 2020 and 2021 but the app only installs one plugin to a single version.

I just got Loupedeck Live, but it crashes Premiere Pro constantly right after I use any of the LD Live controllers.. :/ In Ae and Ps it works perfectly, but Pr just crashes. Everything is updated to the most recent versions, Control Surface is there and LD Live recognizes Pr. Any ideas what could be the issue?

The CT doesn't seem to be working in Premiere 2020. I've tried installing a bunch of times and nothing works.

Please make sure Loupedeck is added in the list of Control Surfaces. In Premiere Pro, navigate to Edit > Preferences > Control Surface, and add Loupedeck to the list.

@@Loupedeck actually got it sorted. You may want to do a video tutorial about this. The solution is that if you have more than one version of premiere installed, you need to go into the contents folder and copy the loupedeck plugin and copy it into the second iteration of premiere. I followed all of the steps and was drawing a blank. I am really happy with my CT and was annoyed that it wasn’t working on Premiere 2020.

when i press the workspace buttons 1- 2- 3 it changes on the loopdeck but doesn't change in premiere pro.. is that a thing or do I have to change workspaces on the CT and premiere manually?

Hello, the design of workspaces on Loupedeck CT is different from the design in Premiere Pro. What you can do for example is to assign "Lumetri color" action to any button within workspace 2 (Color workspace) to activate the Lumetri Color panel. Hi! You can use Loupedeck CT and Live with any application by creating a custom profile, where you map keyboard shortcut and mouse commands to the console. We are aware of the demand for Unreal Engine and are currently exploring possibilities for additional support for the software.

Actually no. You still need to modify the surface buttons and sync them up to the way you work. This video doesnt show you how to do this.
