Hope you made this one better than the CT where a button that I have never once used in the extremely limited use I’ve given the unit falls off. Returning a customer inquiry would be cool too.

We're sorry you're experiencing this issue! The faulty keys of the Loupedeck CT are a known issue with a rare batch of the console. If you filled the support form on our website, you should have received an automated email reply confirming the support case ID number. We don't have a dedicated integration for live streaming on KZread. However, you can use Loupedeck CT and Live with any application by creating a custom profile, where you map keyboard shortcut and mouse commands to the console.

Can you create a another vídeo focus on OBS: Make scenes, transitons, filters... using the Loupdeck Live? That we can use in diferent situations like Zoom Tutorials? This is a powerfull tech but very confusing, Thank you very much
